Since commercial appraisals are basically unique, given the
type, location, and condition of the parcel, the type of
improvements, and other economic and physical items, both internally and
externally, we cannot provide a simple
menu of appraisals and prices. Additionally, it is considered to be improper to
quote prices without first determining the
Scope of Work in accordance with USPAP2006.
